As a Hardware Design Specialist, you will collaborate with research teams to create complex hardware challenges that mirror real-world semiconductor development. This role involves developing realistic design and verification problems, building optimized environments for agent training tasks, and working closely with researchers to understand agent capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL, along with strong backgrounds in verification methodologies and industry-standard EDA tools. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and a curiosity about AI/ML applications in hardware design.

  • Develop high-quality RTL design and verification problems that reflect industry complexity and best practices
  • Build and optimize containerized environments for agent training tasks in hardware design workflows
  • Collaborate with research teams to understand agent capabilities and training requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
  • Strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development)
  • Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools
