Optimize IT Operations with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. This pivotal role involves leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance observability, automate incident detection and resolution, and optimize IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anomaly Detection and Incident Prediction: Develop and deploy AI/ML models for detecting anomalies and predicting incidents in IT systems.
  • AIOps Integration: Integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools, including Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, and AppDynamics.
  • Collaboration and Automation: Collaborate with SREs, DevOps, and IT teams to identify operational pain points and automation opportunities.
  • Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain data pipelines for log collection, processing, and event analysis from various sources.
  • NLP Techniques: Implement NLP techniques for log analysis and intelligent alert correlation.
  • Model Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate model performance and retrain models as needed.
  • Dashboards and Visualizations: Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualizations for operational insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in IT operations or DevOps environments.
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python.
  • AI/ML Experience: Experience with implementing GenAi and AI Python SDKs.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.
  • Cloud and Containerization: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • ITIL Knowledge: Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes is a plus.
