Job Overview

The Principal Analyst role is pivotal in driving the GBS Operational Excellence Program in GCC.

This position works closely with the GCC FIN-OPS MANCOM and leadership team to develop, implement, and execute operational priorities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Data-driven approach to drive, measure, monitor, and coordinate operations.
  • Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities in Ops processes and implementing solutions using project management methodologies.
  • Driving adoption and execution of tailored project management methodologies to ensure efficient delivery of initiatives.
  • Training and mentoring projects/People in PM methodologies.
  • Leading Ops routines such as Shared Communication Meet, Battle of Towers, RTO governance, NPS, Target Management, Ops RnR, Ops Events, Stakeholder visits, Engagement initiatives, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant Functional background.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • E2E project management.
  • Cross-department collaboration.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
Key Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential. Prior experience in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs is desirable.

A passion for data analysis and problem-solving is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree holders are preferred.
