Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our team.

About the Role
  • Define requirements and design processes for ADP platform and transactional activities.
  • Build User Acceptance Test (UAT) Catalogue based on client requirements.
  • Validate UAT payroll reports and reconciliations before releasing them to clients.
  • Collaborate with Lead Consultants to resolve implementation issues.
  • Liaise directly with clients during implementation testing.
  • Prepare handover documentation, including checklists and client sign-off worksheets.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for implementation projects.
  • Participate in process reviews and implement recommendations.
  • Test patches and upgrades in test environments.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in complex operational/implementation/service delivery roles.
  • Previous experience as an SAP Payroll Tester.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in payroll.
  • Proven experience in Implementation Lead roles.
  • High level of commitment with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
  • Able to implement continuous improvement processes.
