About the Role:

  • Develop and execute large-scale employer branding and employee engagement campaigns to foster a positive work environment and attract top talent.
  • Drive content strategies for social media, website, and digital platforms to effectively communicate our message and engage with our audience.
  • Collaborate with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution to ensure alignment and success.
Requirements:
  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media, social media, or employer branding.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks to leverage opportunities and address challenges.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and drive engagement.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives to deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations to optimize resources and achieve goals.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills to guide teams and drive projects forward.
