Key Responsibilities

The Livelihood Lead will oversee the effective implementation of project activities aligned with the project design and quality standards.

  • Project Operations and Learning: Support project leads/teams to implement livelihood activities, enhance technical quality through coordination, develop implementation plans and budgets, and support teams in achieving objectives.
  • Enterprise Development: Establish plastic collection centers, launch e-tricycle-based collection initiatives, implement skill training, forge partnerships, build networks, collaborate with government departments, and establish institutional linkages for financial and marketing support.
  • Capacity Building: Organize entrepreneurship awareness programs, coordinate multi-stakeholder workshops, conduct EAPs and EDPs, offer business support and mentorship, conduct capacity needs assessments, and develop IEC materials and training modules.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Log key performance indicators into the PFC platform, ensure accurate documentation and data flow, review and update policies and SOPs, submit reports in prescribed formats, prepare and submit financial reports, maintain and analyze MIS data, and provide insights and analysis to the Director – SA.
  • General Responsibilities: Maintain high standards of professionalism, prioritize tasks effectively, uphold PFC's policies and protocols, foster collaborative communication, ensure confidentiality and data security, be open to frequent travel, and collaborate closely with the broader PFC team and external partners.
