Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Legal Expert to oversee legal operations across Supply Chain Finance, regulatory compliance, and Corporate/SME Lending. The ideal candidate will bring profound expertise in legal documentation, strategic advisory, and operational management.

  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize financing documents and agreements in alignment with internal team requirements.
  • Facilitate execution of financing documents and manage contractual risks.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of legal documentation related to Supply Chain Finance, Lending, NBFCs, and Working Capital.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Monitoring case laws, statutory, and regulatory updates impacting the organization.
  • Providing timely legal interpretations to support transactions.
  • Offering strategic legal advice on new and proposed legislation affecting business operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Supply Chain Finance and NBFC guidelines.
  • A strong understanding of Corporate Laws and financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L).
  • Proven collaboration with Business and Credit Teams to optimize legal processes.
