The role of a Supply Chain Finance Specialist is to manage the financial aspects of supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Main responsibilities include:
- Performing technical closing activities for cost of goods sold, inventory valuation, and fixed asset accounting
- Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, including capitalization and retirement
- Ensuring compliance with SOX/Internal controls regulations through regular reviews and documentation
- Managing lease accounting activities in SAP and governance tools
- Supporting year-end testing and validation to ensure smooth transitions
Main tasks include:
- Preparing and reviewing various reports on costing and inventory performance
