  • Financial Planning & KPIs: Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across logistics, inventory & fulfilment. Track key metrics like cost/shipment, delivery accuracy, and warehouse costs.">
  • Cost Modelling & Optimization: Drive end-to-end cost analysis, 3PL evaluations, and warehouse strategy through robust financial models.">
  • Inventory & Working Capital: Monitor inventory health, improve turnover ratios, and reduce stock-outs and write-offs.">
  • Business Case Development: Evaluate ROI on investments (e.g., automation, platforms), and identify cost-saving opportunities through data analytics.">
  • Reporting & Systems: Deliver timely dashboards and insights. Partner with tech teams to enhance ERP and analytics tools using AI-driven reporting.">
