Supply Chain Development Strategist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Development Strategist to join our team. The role emphasizes building partnerships with private sector actors and supporting sustainable, community-led enterprises.
The position will involve formulating strategies and solutions for supply chain development, conducting technical workshops with stakeholders, identifying key market players and facilitating linkages, business development pitches, and financing initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Finance, or Business, as well as strong English and Hindi language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for supply chain development and implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement sessions.
- Identify opportunities for value chain promotion and develop related proposals.
- Collaborate with consortium partners to develop capacity-building modules for target beneficiaries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Finance, or Business.
- English & Hindi language proficiency.
- 8 years of professional experience in natural resources management, agroforestry, and nature-based businesses; 5 years of experience in supply chain development, marketing, business model development, and establishing market linkages.
