The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities with key stakeholders such as government departments, municipal authorities, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.

About The Role
  • Act as the primary liaison between various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitate timely acquisition of necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs (e.g., RERA, environmental, municipal, utility, fire, etc.).
  • Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
  • Proactively prepare and implement a structured liaison process, including timelines, documentation standards, and compliance checklists.
  • Submit regular reports to senior management outlining liaison activities, risk factors, and the status of regulatory approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all communications, applications, permits, and approvals for audit and review purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Government Relations Liaison: Establish and maintain productive relationships with government officials and departments.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs are acquired in a timely manner.
  3. Documentation Management: Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate documentation.
