Job Title: Sales Call Quality Analyst

 

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Call Quality Evaluator to oversee and assess daily sales calls made by our tele-calling team. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining high communication standards, enhancing customer interactions, and providing actionable feedback to drive conversions and improve the overall customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and evaluate daily sales calls made by telecallers against defined quality parameters.
  • Assess performance on elements such as tone and voice modulation, objection handling, product knowledge, company introduction, sales pitch effectiveness, and compliance with scripts and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed evaluation reports and scorecards for each sales call.
  • Share constructive feedback and improvement recommendations with telecallers and team leaders.
  • Identify recurring gaps or issues in sales conversations and suggest targeted training or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with training and sales managers to develop quality benchmarks and coaching initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales call auditing, telecalling, or sales training is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail are essential.
  • The ability to provide objective, actionable feedback for performance improvement is crucial.
  • Familiarity with CRM and call monitoring tools is a plus.
