Senior Performance Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Analyst to play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets. As a key member of our team, you will lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels, develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Performance Analysis: Oversee the analysis of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic.
  • Develop Dashboards and Reporting Frameworks: Design and implement advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership visibility into digital performance.
  • Analytical Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Deep-Dive Analyses: Conduct in-depth analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles.
  • Digital Ad Platforms: Strong command of digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Ad channels.
  • Analytics and BI Tools: Proficiency in advanced analytics and BI tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Attribution Modeling: Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
