Job Title: PLM Specialist/Administrator

Job Overview

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of PLM Specialist/Administrator. This is a full-time position requiring immediate attention.

This individual will be responsible for administering and maintaining Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and deployments. They will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement backup and recovery procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments (Teamcenter 13.3 and higher versions).
  • Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and deployments of Teamcenter and associated components.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues related to Teamcenter servers, databases, and integrations.
  • Implement and manage Teamcenter backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Support integrations with CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, etc.) and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and optimize PLM usage.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and system changes to maintain knowledge repository.
  • (Optional) Work with Mendix applications to enhance PLM workflows and digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of total work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Teamcenter Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM (13.3 and above).
  • Experience in system upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CAD tool integrations (NX, SolidWorks, etc.) and ERP systems like SAP.
  • Strong understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • (Optional but advantageous) Experience with Mendix low-code development.

Academic:

Post Graduate/Graduate in Engineering/Technology/MBA.
