This is a full-time role for someone with solid experience in IT sales, staffing or client acquisition. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, pitching our remote developers and ensuring successful placements.
About the Role:- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in IT companies (India & USA).
- Pitch our remote developers for hiring (not projects).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
- Participate in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.
- 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales or client acquisition.
- A strong network in IT companies (India and/or USA market).
- A clear understanding of remote developer hiring.
- The ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycles.
