Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to drive our growth with smart, high-impact campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Leverage data to launch and scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Optimize performance by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and identifying areas for improvement daily
  • Test and analyze campaigns, uncovering insights to inform next steps
  • Collaborate with creatives to develop effective ad copy and landing pages that drive conversions
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (D2C or agency)
  • Able to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Sheets
  • Balances analytical and creative skills, knowing when to crunch numbers and when to experiment
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
