Senior ETL Developer

We seek a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to lead our data warehousing initiatives. As an expert in ETL development and data modeling concepts, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines using IBM DataStage with strong SQL skills in Teradata.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
  • Create optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation in Teradata.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to implement integration solutions.
  • Perform manual and automated data validation and reconciliation.
  • Analyze root causes of data discrepancies and ETL failures.
  • Develop reusable DataStage job components and follow data modeling best practices.
  • Monitor ETL jobs and manage dependencies via Job Sequencers or Airflow.
  • Document workflows, mappings, and data dictionaries.
  • Support cloud migration and integration initiatives.

Must Have Skills:

IBM DataStage, Teradata, SQL, Oracle.

Nice to Have Skills:

Python, Shell Scripting, Unix/Linux, Apache Airflow, Cloud Platforms, Agile, CI/CD.
