Job Title: System Configuration Specialist

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to support system program leaders with system configurations and maintenance for web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily system assistance to users via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshoots system issues with users and collaborates with software vendors when necessary.
  • Performs system administration duties such as updating website information and system data changes.
  • Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Creates test cases to validate configurations.
  • Collaborates on software validation and change control activities.
  • Develops reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Supports the development of training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.
