Job Title:

Instructional Content Developer

Job Description:

As a skilled instructional content developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating engaging eLearning content to support our organization's training initiatives.

You will work closely with subject matter experts to analyze project requirements and develop educational courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing learning deliverables in line with project scope
  • Researching, analyzing, designing, developing, and customizing instructional materials for various training formats
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in instructional design, instructional technology, and adult learning theory. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in instructional design and content creation
  • Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom's taxonomy, Gagne's model, Kirkpatrick's training evaluation model)
Preferred Qualifications:
