">Job DescriptionWe are a rapidly growing AI startup focused on creating innovative solutions. As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales pipeline and growth efforts in a dynamic startup environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospect Review & Outreach: You will review and qualify the list of prospects generated through our sales funnel engine, ensuring we're targeting the right opportunities.
- Reach out to target companies with customized collateral, showcasing our unique value proposition.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also:
- Manage CRM: Enter and maintain all outreach activities and prospect details in Zoho CRM (or equivalent), ensuring seamless data management.
- Track engagement, responses, and progress on a regular basis, providing valuable insights for our sales team.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with prospects to confirm receipt of material and address initial queries, building strong relationships with potential customers.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with senior stakeholders (technology/business teams), ensuring smooth interactions and effective communication.
- Sales Coordination: Assist in meeting preparation, agenda setting, and follow-up on action items, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the senior sales team, driving conversion and revenue growth.
- Conversion Focus: Support the sales cycle with the goal of moving prospects towards meaningful conversations and conversions, driving business results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Zoho or similar) and productivity software, with experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through tasks, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and timelines, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
