Regional Travel Lead

About This Role
  • The Regional Travel Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the travel department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • This includes overseeing the planning and execution of business trips, managing relationships with vendors, and analyzing data to optimize travel processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the regional travel program, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce travel costs and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the global travel team to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in travel management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and projects, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A four-year college degree is required; graduate studies or industry certifications are preferred.
