Job Title: Sr. Cloud Infrastructure Support EngineerOverview:

This role is responsible for translating application requirements into cloud architecture and infrastructure, deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in public cloud infrastructure services, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet/Chef.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate application requirements into cloud architecture/infrastructure
  • Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures
  • Select the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements
  • Migrate on-premises workload to cloud service providers
  • Write infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, JSON, YAML, or Terraform
  • Troubleshoot distributed systems
  • Deliver and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
  • Monitor and audit systems
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with public cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, firewalls)
  • Knowledge of security best practices (IAM Policies & Roles, SSL, KMS)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Linux, Windows administration
  • Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management, and ITIL processes
