Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

The role of Cloud Infrastructure Specialist is focused on managing and supporting cloud environments, operating systems, directory services, and enterprise infrastructure.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Infrastructure and Delivery teams to ensure global standards, security, and operational excellence.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Manage logical volume management (LVM) and monitor server health.
  • Administer user authorization and access controls.
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain Linux/Windows instances in cloud environments.
  • Handle cloud storage solutions – create/attach EBS volumes, partition drives, restore from snapshots.
  • Configure and manage EC2 firewall settings (security groups, rules, restrictions).
  • Automate deployments with AMIs and CloudFormation templates.
  • Migrate instances across different virtual private clouds (VPCs).
  • Set up and maintain cloud services: RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB.
  • Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) roles, users, and access policies.
  • Execute server patching, decommissioning, file system and network configurations.
  • Manage Active Directory and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory services for authentication and access.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
