Job Description

As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and integrating AI copilots, intelligent code assistants, and agent frameworks to enhance developer productivity and code quality.

  • Create scalable and efficient AI-powered tools to streamline development workflows.
  • Develop standards, workflows, and guardrails for safe and effective AI adoption in engineering teams.
  • Design and build comprehensive AI integration platforms that embed intelligent agents securely across the entire development toolchain.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our development pipeline, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient delivery of high-quality software products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building or integrating Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications.
  • Expertise in agentic AI frameworks, including Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling, such as GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI adoption.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, security, and DevOps teams.

You must be open to relocating to Malaysia, and we will sponsor an Employment Pass for the right candidate.
