Job Overview

As a Product Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality systems and processes that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctoral degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related pharmaceutical sciences field; or Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related pharmaceutical sciences field with 6 years of experience; or Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related pharmaceutical sciences field with 8 years of experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Scientific, or Manufacturing fields.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication of complex information.
    • Knowledge of cGMP and international regulatory expectations.
    • Strong scientific data management and organization skills.
    • Ability to deliver high-quality results and adhere to project timelines using computer-based GMP Quality systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Demonstrate expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
  • Expertise in computer applications such as Veeva, Spotfire, SHINY.
  • Ability to build and maintain multi-functional relationships and strong partnerships.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working virtually on a multi-functional team in a matrix environment across multiple time zones.

Soft Skills

  • Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals.
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
