We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Healthcare Professional. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, developing and maintaining qualitative and quantitative deliverables for clients in accordance with agreed standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical domain knowledge.
  • Work independently to prioritize and drive projects, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues, ensuring they deliver high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of additional guidance and training materials, improving the overall quality of our services.
  • Support the maintenance of records for assigned projects, including archiving and audit compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical domain knowledge and a strong understanding of healthcare sector trends.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as health economics or epidemiology.
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of experience in conducting PMA or HEOR for pharmaceutical products, preferably in the pharma industry or a contract research organization.
