Remote Senior Wordpress and PHP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior WordPress & PHP Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our global team. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable web solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Build dynamic and responsive websites using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
  • Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure robust, secure, and high-quality applications.
  • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams ensuring clear and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in WordPress and PHP development.
  • Expertise in custom theme and plugin development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and familiarity with frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter (optional but preferred).
  • Solid understanding of MySQL database design, optimization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and other third-party services.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows in distributed teams.
