Job Description

Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced security professional to join our team. As a Staff Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential security risks across our products and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough security assessments of our internal and customer-facing applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure solutions.
  • Perform manual and automated penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain custom tools and scripts to support security testing and remediation efforts.
  • Communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in security engineering, penetration testing, or offensive security.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding principles, web security vulnerabilities, and remediation techniques.
  • Proficiency in scripting and development (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, JavaScript).
  • Skilled in using tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Cobalt Strike.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platform and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
