**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our livelihood project, focusing on enterprise development and capacity building. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing women-led plastic collection centers, launching e-tricycle-based plastic waste collection initiatives, and implementing skill training programs.

  • Develop and implement projects that improve the livelihoods of informal waste collectors and vulnerable workforce.
  • Forge partnerships with government bodies, private sector actors, and technical institutions for capacity building and enterprise support.
  • Collaborate with government departments, including state urban/rural livelihood missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Operations and Learning: Support project leads/teams to effectively implement livelihood activities aligned with the project design, activity plan, and quality standards.
  • Enterprise Development: Establish women-led Plastic Collection Centers and Collection Points within waste collector communities.
  • Capacity Building: Organize entrepreneurship awareness and development programs for beneficiaries.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Log key performance indicators (KPIs) into the PFC platform for monitoring.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

  • Masters degree in Social Work/Sciences or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing livelihood or income generation programs in the social sector.
  • Prior experience working with informal sectors and vulnerable workforce.
  • Strong understanding of social and environmental sustainability concepts.
