Job Description">

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our rural livelihoods strategy, creating sustainable and scalable income opportunities in Punjab.

This role involves developing a comprehensive livelihoods strategy, identifying and designing sustainable income-generating opportunities for rural communities, and building models that can scale across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social enterprises, women's economic empowerment, agriculture, and allied sectors, as well as excellent communication, facilitation, and networking skills.

  2. Develop a comprehensive livelihoods strategy aligned with our vision and Punjab's socio-economic realities.">
  3. Identify and design sustainable income-generating opportunities for rural communities (e.g., agri-allied enterprises, skill development, women-led micro-enterprises, green economy initiatives).">
  4. Build models that can scale across Punjab and ensure long-term community ownership.">
  5. Lead end-to-end program design and planning.">
  6. Ensure integration of technology, digital literacy, and market linkages in livelihood programs.">

  • ">
  • Postgraduate degree in Rural Development, Management, Social Work, Agriculture, or related fields.">
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in livelihoods, rural development, or community enterprise building.">
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale livelihood initiatives in India, preferably in Punjab/North India.">
  • Strong understanding of social enterprises, women's economic empowerment, agriculture, and allied sectors.">
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).">
