Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead government e-marketplace operations and tenders for our IT solutions team. As a leading technology catalyst, we specialize in transforming businesses through data center solutions, cybersecurity, professional services, and digital workplace innovations.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual to oversee GeM portal management, including product catalog updates, pricing, and order processing. This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and managing relationships with government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily GeM portal operations, ensuring seamless product catalog updates, pricing accuracy, and efficient order processing.
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Maintain compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications.
  • Cultivate relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers.
  • Analyze market opportunities in government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders.
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies.
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for government contracts.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
