Job Summary:

The Executive PMO will work closely with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and manage project execution related operational matters.

This includes invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises, timesheet management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and manage project execution related operational matters.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Teams to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Track and maintain dashboards with high accuracy.
  • Chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders and publish MOMs and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Drive and support business decisions and compliance.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in Project Management Office.
  • Must have experience working with IT services companies.
