We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Administrator/SME to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Power Platform environments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security, scalability, and performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Power Platform environments, including development, testing, and production.

  • Implement and manage Dataverse databases, connectors, and resources, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft products.

  • Monitor system health, usage, and capacity through Admin Centers and Azure Monitor, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing performance.

  • Develop and maintain administrative automations using PowerShell scripts, Power Platform Admin Connectors, and Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Power Platform applications and workflows, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

  • Familiarity with Azure services related to Power Platform, such as Azure AD, Azure Monitor, and Logic Apps.

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and using the Power Platform CLI.

  • Strong grasp of security models, identity management, and data loss prevention policies.

  • Knowledge of ALM processes with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for Power Platform.

  • Ability to work with Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit or similar governance tooling.

  • Problem-solving skills for performance tuning and error troubleshooting.

  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.
