We are seeking an accomplished Business Architect to lead business architecture and process modeling for Pega-based solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega best practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to define and translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Pega case structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business-aligned design.
  • Develop and maintain use cases, user stories, process flows, and decision tables.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and IT to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Pega rules, case lifecycle, decisioning, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Pega Certified Business Architect certification is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
