Job Overview:

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading or supporting the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. This includes General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA). You will configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  2. Functional Consulting: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional solutions
  3. Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases
  4. Data Migration & Integration: Define and oversee financial data migration strategies
  5. Training & Documentation: Conduct user training and prepare user manuals
  6. Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and client-handling skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance
