Job Opportunity

  • You will be leading a Data Science team, overseeing Agile processes and removing obstacles to ensure the team's success.
  • As Scrum Lead, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Owners, and other teams to achieve project goals while maintaining Agile principles and best practices.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Ceremonies Facilitation: Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile events.
  • - Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any roadblocks hindering team progress.
  • - Team Coaching: Serve as a mentor for the Data Science team in Agile principles and Scrum practices, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • - Product Owner Support: Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure clear requirements.
  • - Collaboration Promotion: Encourage open communication and teamwork among team members, stakeholders, and departments.
  • - Progress Tracking: Monitor and communicate team performance metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, for transparency and accountability.
  • - Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning, adaptability, and process improvement by gathering feedback and driving actionable changes.
  • - Agile Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to Agile/Scrum principles while adapting to unique Data Science workflow needs.
  • - Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning on goals and expectations.
  • - Value Delivery: Help the team focus on delivering incremental business value in every sprint, balancing exploratory Data Science work.
