Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, develop and execute test plans, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.

  1. Design and implement testing strategies to ensure thorough coverage of product functionality and identify potential issues early in the development process.
  2. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot defects, provide technical support, and help resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, test cases, and defect reports.
  4. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and techniques, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
