Graphic Designer

We are looking for a graphic designer to join our team. Our mission is to help businesses drive clarity, efficiency, and scale without the bloat of disconnected tools or scattered execution.

We believe the next generation of revenue teams will win by building lean, modular, and deeply aligned systems, and they'll need sharp, high-agency minds to make it happen.

  • Design visual assets for campaigns and events, including social media graphics, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages, and offline materials like booth designs and banners.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that resonate with prospects.
  • Elevate long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma.
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while contributing to the revamp of our branding guidelines.

You'll handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team, work closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales, and bring in new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive.

We're looking for a graphic designer with 0-2 years of experience in the B2B space, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and awareness of modern design trends.

A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web is essential. You should be comfortable with open-ended briefs and able to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.

Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components is a plus.

You'll become the go-to design partner for the marketing team, handling requests across campaigns, events, and content with confidence.

The marketing team will be equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, social media, and upcoming events.

You'll contribute to our new brand guidelines, helping to define the look and feel that will scale with us.

You'll build repeatable templates that enable the team to produce collaterals more efficiently.

Your designs will measurably improve engagement across campaigns.

You'll earn a reputation for being a high-operator designer—quick, reliable, and always leveling up the creative quality of the brand.
