Design Specialist

We're seeking a skilled graphic design expert to join our team. As a key member of our RevOps consultancy, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional design input and supporting our GTM team with strategic and tactical design solutions.

  • This is a full-time remote position that requires a flexible work schedule. You'll work closely with our team to create high-agency designs that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience in the B2B tech product/service space. You'll need hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collaterals, including product decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and digital ads.

  • You'll also be responsible for creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.

A deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization is essential.

  • Experience with branding and visual identity for B2B organizations is highly desirable. You'll need strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to effectively convey your design thinking and collaborate with our team.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, HubSpot CMS, and Google Slides/Presentation is required.

  • Motion graphics and video editing skills, along with an understanding of AI design tools, are a major plus. Strong front-end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and a general understanding of the revenue operations (RevOps) space, are also beneficial.

We offer a competitive pay package, 30 days of paid leave per annum, and ~17 fixed national holidays. Our team works Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. We use Slack, Zoom, and Loom for communication and collaboration.
