The role of Head of Design offers a unique opportunity to lead the scale of our design operation from India.

An entrepreneurial spirit and previous roles such as Global Creative Director, Senior Experience Director, VP Design, etc. are highly desirable.

Furthermore, you should have extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research.

This role requires highly proactive individuals with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, great presentation skills, and ability to engage with C-suite clients.
