Job Title: ASIC Test Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to work on the development and testing of Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design, verification, and testing.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and tools for ASICs
  • Design and implement test cases for ADC/DAC, SERDES, ATPG, boundary scan, and other functional units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements
  • Analyze and resolve test failures through thorough failure analysis and debug routines
  • Optimize test time, support binning, and yield analysis for production tests

The selected candidate will be responsible for working on a wide range of tasks, including internal loopback, SCAN, pre- and post-trim, IO DC parametric tests, process monitor/ring oscillator tests, and high voltage stress testing. They will also be expected to perform temperature sensor calibration and reading, characterization and correlation, and processor performance testing.
