Requirements:

- 12–15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development.

- Proven track record of leading successful fundraising campaigns and managing high-profile donor relationships.

- Strong understanding of the social impact ecosystem in India.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Bonus: Experience working in growth-stage nonprofits or leading fundraising for multi-state interventions.
