Job Summary

As a senior supply chain planning professional, you will be responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of projects from design to deployment of o9 solutions. This includes mapping business requirements into the o9 platform, creating phased and achievable blueprints, and configuring solutions according to design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete project lifecycle from design to deployment of o9 solutions.">
  • Effectively map business requirements into the o9 platform and create clear, phased, and achievable blueprints.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure solutions according to design.">
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis, and resolution processes.">
  • Diligently help improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with development and operations teams.">
  • Support customer demonstrations and act as a mentor and guide to junior members.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • ">
  • 7+ years of experience in implementing supply chain planning applications.">
  • Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar.">
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Planning, IBP, S&OP.">
  • Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.">
  • Experience in planning solution deployments wrt business requirement determination, solution and process design decisions, best practices prescription, and value delivery.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams distributed across locations and time zones.">
  • Master's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering).">
