Drone Software Integration Role

We are seeking an expert Drone Manufacturing and Software Integration Specialist to enhance our technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drone Design and Hardware Integration:
    • Design and assemble drones for industrial applications, including multirotor, fixed-wing, and hybrid models.
    • Integrate payloads such as thermal cameras, LiDAR sensors, gas detectors, and multispectral sensors.
    • Work on propulsion systems, aerodynamics, flight stability, and endurance optimization.
    • Perform prototype testing, field trials, and compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Software Development and IoT Systems:
    • Develop and integrate flight control systems, including Pixhawk, ArduPilot, PX4, and DJI SDK.
    • Program onboard processors for autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and data acquisition.
    • Integrate drones with IoT platforms, cloud dashboards, and AI-based safety analytics.
    • Work with communication protocols for real-time telemetry, including LoRa, 4G/5G, RF, Wi-Fi, and Satellite.
    • Develop ground control interfaces for drone operation and safety monitoring.
  • Industrial Safety Applications:
    • Customize drone solutions for safety inspections, accident investigations, and hazardous area monitoring.
    • Deploy drones for scaffolding inspection, confined space monitoring, and environmental safety audits.
    • Support integration with existing EHS management software for incident reporting and risk analytics.
