Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements for PI design and development of products.
  • Liaise with product experts and subject matter experts to determine the requirements for new designs.
  • Design and develop master data for equipment, inventory, and user management in MES systems.
  • Create batch records for manufacturing processes, including weighing, dispensing, and packaging.
  • Validate created PIs for site deployment.
  • Provide status updates on a day-to-day basis on progress, issues, and risks.
Required Experience
  • End-to-end implementation experience of MES software.
  • Experience with modules like user management, PI management, PI process, and weighing & dispensing.
  • Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards and practical application design.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and installation of MES software.
  • Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.

  • Knowledge of SQL development and C# programming.
