Service Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the elevator industry, providing maintenance and repair services to ensure the smooth operation of our installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute regular maintenance of installations according to agreed timelines and adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Attend customer calls and provide feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Plan jobs and supervise subcontractors and workers for timely completion of services
  • Promote sales of spare parts as needed
  • Coordinate with the Field Service Branch for spare part requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-9 years of experience in the elevator industry, specifically in service and maintenance
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or ITI
