Our organization is seeking a skilled service professional to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has experience in handling service in the elevator industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer calls and respond promptly to their queries.
  • Perform routine maintenance and code maintenance as required.
  • Ensure 100% service visits to customers, including routine and scheduled maintenance.
  • Repair equipment as and when necessary.
  • Audit and return records as per company procedures.
  • Monitor elevators to ensure compliance with World Wide Journey Service System Standards (WWJSSS).
  • Generate task leads and complete tasks assigned to you.

Key qualifications for this role include:

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in handling service in the elevator industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
