Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage financial consolidation and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial data across multiple business units/entities and deliver insightful reports for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring financial data is up-to-date and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple entities in compliance with IND-AS / IFRS / US GAAP standards.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations, eliminate intercompany transactions and maintain chart of accounts consistency across entities.
  • Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance processes with relevant financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results providing commentary on key trends.
  • Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the FPA team to align reporting with forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Streamline and automate consolidation and reporting processes using ERP and reporting tools.
  • Implement robust internal controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA) with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance.
  • Experience in financial analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Experience with intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement automation and controls.
