Job Description:

The Manager Financial Reporting and Consolidation will oversee the preparation of financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards. This role is responsible for consolidating financial information, reconciling related party balances, and completing statutory audit activities on time.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing financial metrics, and implementing digital financial MIS solutions to drive process improvements within the corporate finance environment.

  • Accounting and Financial Consolidation: Preparation and analysis of financial statements, consolidation of financial information, and reconciliation of related party balances
  • Statutory Audit Activity: Completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activity on time
  • Digital Financial MIS Solutions: Implementation of digital financial MIS solutions to drive process improvements within the corporate finance environment

This position reports directly to the Finance Controller and requires a CA degree, minimum 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group or similar experience with one of the top-rated audit firms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare insightful reports
  • Financial Reporting Proficiency: Experience with financial reporting software and proficiency in preparing financial statements
  • GAAP and IFRS Standards: Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards and ability to apply them in financial reporting
