**Job Title:** Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

**About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce QA Tester to guarantee the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in manual and automation testing within Salesforce environments, including configuration and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Validate complex workflows, triggers, validation rules, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and API integrations.
  • Test Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform data validation and migration testing for deployments.
  • Utilize advanced Salesforce testing tools (Provar, Selenium) for automation.
  • Document and track defects in Agile project management tools.
  • Provide UAT support and post-deployment validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of QA experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration/customization.
  • Proficient in manual testing, with exposure to automation (Selenium, Provar).
  • Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of Apex testing frameworks and Lightning UI testing.
  • Hands-on with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
